This toolkit helps to identify strategies to incorporate daily huddles into practice workflows, to devise daily huddle structure, and to measure the success of the daily huddle for revisions. The resources in this toolkit are in accordance with Key Driver 4: Create and support high functioning teams to deliver high-quality evidence-based care.
