Medical Expenditure Panel Survey (MEPS)
MEPS is a set of large-scale surveys of families and individuals, their medical providers, and employers across the United States. MEPS is the most complete source of data on the cost and use of health care and health insurance coverage.
National Center for Excellence in Primary Care Research
NCEPCR communicates the evidence from AHRQ's research—and how this evidence can be used to improve health and primary health care—to researchers, primary care professionals, health care decisionmakers, and patients and families.
Patient Safety and Quality
AHRQ, the lead federal agency for patient safety research, invests in projects that make care safer by bridging the gap between basic and clinical research and the care provided to patients. The agency supports projects to accelerate healthcare delivery innovations and develops research-based tools and resources to help front line clinicians understand "what" to do to make care safer and "how" to go about it.
Patient Safety Network (´óÏóÊÓƵPSNet)
The ´óÏóÊÓƵPatient Safety Network is a national Web-based resource featuring the news and resources on patient safety. ´óÏóÊÓƵPSNet also hosts all previous ´óÏóÊÓƵWebM&M (Morbidity and Mortality Rounds on the Web) content, including Cases and Commentaries as well as Perspectives on Safety.
Social Determinants of Health (SDOH)
´óÏóÊÓƵfunds and conducts research to improve understanding of the impacts of SDOH, the conditions in which people are born, grow, live, work, and age, and how to mitigate them through the lens of the healthcare system.
