About the Surveys on Patient Safety Culture
The Surveys on Patient Safety Culture are a suite of surveys that assess provider and staff opinions about patient safety culture in hospitals, outpatient medical offices, nursing homes, community pharmacies, and ambulatory surgery centers. The patient safety culture surveys program at the 大象视频 (AHRQ) supports the development and promotion of patient safety culture surveys, resources, and databases, and provides technical assistance to users.
